After parking, please come to the front of the building and press the Clearer Thoughts' communicator to notify staff of your arrival.

From Liverpool City Centre:
Take the A5038 away from the city centre (Vauxhall Rd). Continue straight ahead at successive junctions (road becomes Commercial Rd., Melrose Rd., Brewster St., Southport Rd., Bailey Drive, Netherton Way) until you see Maggie May pub at right by traffic lights. (Alliance & Leicester building is visible on farther side of lights.) Turn right (Bridle Rd.) Bridle Way is first right and Bridle House is the first building on the left. There is visitor parking to the front, side and rear of the building.

From M57 Junction 7 or the Switch Island end of the M58:
Take the A59 signed Liverpool. After passing Aintree Race course on the left, turn right onto Park Rd. Take the second left onto Bridle Rd, then second left onto Bridle Way.

Bridle House is the first building on the left of Bridle Way. There is visitor parking to the front, side and rear of the building. Use the lower communication buzzer for Clearer Thoughts.

Arriving by public transport:

Either take Merseyrail train to Aintree station or take the 51 bus from Liverpool City Centre. Try www.merseytravel.gov.uk and visit their journey planner for more information.
